Diya Aromas Returns Policy

At Diya Aromas, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below for information on how to return an item and the conditions that apply.

Please note that our handmade soy wax products may vary slightly in colour and appearance. As each item is crafted individually, minor imperfections or variations in texture are natural and part of the unique charm of handmade products. These do not affect the quality or performance of the item.

 

Eligibility for Returns

·        You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

·        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or altered will not be eligible for return.

·        A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

·        Custom made candles or personalised items

·        Gift cards

·        Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)

3. How to Return an Item

·        Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at [email/phone number] to inform us of your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

·        Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

·        You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

·        Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

·        If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

·        In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
